Cancellation Conditions


There are 3 types of cancellation conditions in awayzon.com The advertiser selects one of the following cancellation options and defines the cancellation procedure while creating the enquiry.

  • If the host cancel booking total amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
  • If booking is cancelled by the guest 30 days prior to check-in date, total amount paid will be refunded.
  • If booking is cancelled by the guest 7-30 days prior to check-in date, 60% of the total amount paid will be refunded.If the booking is made with pay on arrival option, where 40% of the total amount is charged, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • If booking is cancelled by the guest in less than 7 days until check-in time, no refund will be made.
  • If the guest needs to make a change to a confirmed booking, awayzon.com will update the booking as long as change request is approved by the host. If the request is not approved by the host, the guest can process with according to cancellation policy.
  • awayzon.com reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund the guest to prevent any unforeseen circumstances and protect customer and host satisfaction.
  • If the booking is cancelled by host, the guest will get a full refund.
